ARC’s 2025 Impact Report marks a decade of commitment to strengthening health systems across Africa, highlighting the organization’s evolution from a supply chain advocacy pioneer to an impact-driven institution focused on patient well-being. Over the years, ARC has played a key role in shaping health policies by promoting the integration of supply chain management into national strategies, while working closely with governments and partners to improve the availability, quality, and reliability of essential health products.
Building on this foundation, ARC has expanded its approach to deliver tangible, on-the-ground impact through capacity building, digital innovation, and infrastructure development. Today, its work is firmly centered on improving health outcomes by ensuring access to essential medicines, reducing costs, and strengthening trust in health systems. Looking ahead, ARC reaffirms its commitment to sustainable health financing, local production, and alignment with the African Union’s Agenda 2063, calling for collective action to advance resilient, equitable, and people-centered health systems across the continent.
