Consultancy: Identifying Budgeting and Financial Sourcing Challenges for RMNCH, NCDs, Immunosuppressants, dialysis and Chemotherapy Medicines

Africa Resource Centre (ARC) is seeking an experienced consultant to support health financing efforts by identifying budget allocations and funding gaps across key health areas—including RMNCH, NCDs, immunosuppressants, dialysis, and chemotherapy. The assignment also includes providing policy advice to improve sustained access to these essential services. This is a 14-week engagement based in Ethiopia.
