Our 2030 Strategy
ARC aims to develop resilient, sustainable supply chain capability for all African ministries of health by 2030 to enable the achievement of national health objectives. More specifically, ARC envisions to:
- Develop a comprehensive portfolio of solutions that address the full diversity of healthcare needs,
- Foster a Diverse, Equitable, Inclusive and Professional employee workforce and stakeholders’ engagement,
- Build strong relationships with AU and its Regional Economic Communities and other Organizations,
- Establish strong relationships and knowledge on ministries of health as key customers for efficient and effective technical advisory,
- Create clear workplans and engagement priorities which include team capacity building and strengthening activities
