ARC aims to strengthen Mozambique’s public health supply chain through a range of impactful interventions that address systemic inefficiencies, enhance governance, and build capacity for sustainable operations.
ARC’s primary objectives include aligning partner efforts to create a unified framework for supply chain reform, achieving universal health coverage, and ensuring the availability of critical health commodities. These goals are pursued through a combination of policy advocacy, capacity building, and innovative solutions that integrate public and private sector capabilities. ARC focuses on fostering strong partnerships, leveraging data for informed decision-making, and creating robust systems to ensure long-term sustainability in Mozambique’s healthcare delivery.
