ENABLING PUBLIC HEALTH SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION IN TOGO SINCE 2018
ARC’S WORK AND OUTCOMES IN TOGO
The aim of ARC’s work in Togo is to support the MoH in upgrading and implementing a national strategic plan, as well as in developing quick-win supply chain solutions that can be replicated in other countries.
In addition, ARC will provide technical assistance to the MoH in developing solutions for supply chain planning, distribution, and visibility.
Through independent advisory and expert technical assistance (enablement role), ARC has provided strategic support to the Ministry of Health’s key entities to strengthen the public health supply chain. In 2023, two studies were conducted: one on optimizing the distribution network down to the last mile and one on assessing the Logistics Management Information System (LMIS).
